Paul & Paula is a 100% handmade business. Each and every item is made from start to finish in my studio in Preston, Melbourne, Australia.
The majority of my items are made to order and I try to ship within 1-3 weeks of receiving your order. Some items are already made and ready to ship.
Australian wide shipping
Items are shipped using registered mail for smaller items and express or parcel post for larger orders. If you wish to add insurance please contact me before placing your order. I will always combine shipping and will refund all overcharged postage once your items are shipped.
If you live in Melbourne - you are more than welcome to pick up your order from our studio in Preston. Just enter FREESHIPPING at checkout when placing your order.
International orders are shipped using regular airmail in order to offer you the cheapest shipping rate. If you prefer registered mail, tracking or any other kind of shipping please contact me before you purchase. Shipping prices may vary.
Unfortunately sometimes items can get delayed, lost or wrongly delivered by the postal service provider. I will try my best to follow up on your order but I won't be responsible and no refund will be offered for lost packages. I recommend to use registered post to be on the safe side.
Please be sure to ask any questions before buying regarding size etc. If you are not satisfied with your item when it arrives, please contact me to discuss. I will either issue a refund (less shipping) or exchange. Original item must be sent back unworn, unused, and returned to me within 10 days of you receiving the item.
Any custom tax payment required from your local post office or customs is up to you.
Remember your are importing goods and your country customs has a legislation about custom taxes and import fees. I'm not responsible for these additional costs
